Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

  1. The data you provide will be processed for purposes related to your accommodation and the services provided to you;
  2. The processing will be carried out using the following methods: manual and electronic;
  3. The provision of data is mandatory, and any refusal to provide such data may result in the inability to continue the relationship;
  4. The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be subject to dissemination;

  6. At any time, you may exercise your rights against the data controller, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience we reproduce in full below:

Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and to have such data communicated in an intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
    • a) the origin of the personal data;
    • b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
    • c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means;
    • d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
    • e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the State’s territory, data processors, or persons in charge.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    • a) the updating, rectification, or, where interested, the integration of the data;
    • b) the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
    • c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except in cases where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    • a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
    • b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
